Also, y'all need to stop using boxed/canned curry. its not so hard to make the spice mixes fresh, and the taste is WAY better that way.

The brits changed it a lot. Its good, but really different. I'm indian and find it strange, but tasty. Its also rather heavy and fatty in comparision to the food i get back home - probably due to the main dishes brit indian is modeled after are punjabi or mughlai.
