I made Pasta, i salted and oiled the water then threw in 3 large slices of jalapeño that i chopped up. started boiling the pasta and threw in a bunch of ground pepper and a-lot of oregano and a tsp of onion powder

the jalapeno mixed with the pepper and oil and gave it a really strong lingering flavour without being actually spicy at all, the onion powder tasted good with the sweet bottled tomaoto sauce i used. I also let the pasta sit out for a few minutes (while i had a cigarette) after i strained it before it went back into the pan with the sauce so the pasta got kind of chewy and rubbery and thats my favourite pasta texture.

Lastly I added a healthy pile of parmesan cheese grated from the wedge, I did not get a picture of the finished plating because it was so delicious, I exclaimed out loud that this wad the best meal I've made yet this year and finished the entire box of pasta in once sitting
