Hey I've eaten keto ramen.
Though I used some pretty good shit that would be in regular ramen anyways, like thin sliced seaweed, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, etc. The only keto thing in there was just a tiny amount of zucchini noodles. The eggs arent soyeggs or whatever but still good.
