I started some pizza dough last night. I will let it ferment and either saturday or sunday I will make some cast iron pizza with a couple bros. Topping ideas? I will get some local hot sausage for one, but idk about the other two pizzas.

My grandma was a second gen danish immigrant, so she brought some stuff. During Christmas, she would make pebber nodder, which is like this slightly sweet sugar cookie that you roll and cut into little chunks. My mom has made it for everyone since I can remember. My grandma passed away right after thanksgiving. I will keep making them, and share it with my kids.

that and she would serve pickles with every meal. I love pickles. sometimes we would make a kringle, but normally we just had pebber nodder.
