I've tried nothing. Random site told me 1-2 needle infusion for 2m at boiling so I figured 2g would be a good starting point. Grandpa'd ma huang goes down much easier.

Local China market. $10 for 170g. I don't go down there too often so I usually grab a random glass jar in the tea aisle and these looked odd.
