i used to make it all the time but i never really got the sauce right.

anyone have any good recipes?

i think to start i need to buy beef bones and make a broth out of em cause boxed broth is nigger tier.

id rather not buy the bones though, is there a cut of beef i can buy with lots of bones in it? or am i fucked into buying beef bones?

i have so much chicken broth cause i cook a chicken every sunday with broth for salad meat for lunches. could i sub the broth with half chicken broth? or even all?

they can make anything with the ingredients they have as long as the employees knows what out dated item youre talking about.
for best luck go just before lunch on a weekday(~11am), thats when the long term full time managers work and its not so busy.

i used to work at subway and most of the new subs are just shit we already had with a new sauce or a sauce we already had on it.

i also cut up buns "old style" all the time by request.\
i would make chicken parmesan without the breaded chicken using chicken strips or roasted chicken.

theyll do whatever you want if its not busy and youre not an asshole
