I just made a pot of sencha green tea and drank the whole thing in one sitting because it was so good, it even went cold and it was still good.

Why can't coffee be the same way?
All that steam and coffee smell that wafts off a fresh coffee isn't just odor, it's literally the flavor agents drifting away, leaving you with disgusting sour water once it gets cold.
