Genuine question, does using ceramic actually change the body that much in comparison to plastic drippers? I suppose temperature disruptions could occur, but couldn't you just pre-heat the ceramic and prevent the issue altogether. Or is there some issue with the shaping of the ceramic itself that produces the body change, in which case, maybe a custom dripper would help? Then again, you could just use the plastic and risk cancer 50 years down the line. Holy shit, coffee is pretentious
