Trying to fast / stretch out the last of my food before I go to the store next week, but tonight I threw some shit together.
>leftover stew meat I spiced up and cooked in sweated onion and garlic
>cup of basmati rice
>green peas and diced corn
It was like a retarded asian shepherds pie, and it was delicious. Coupled it with some episodes of Star Trek and had myself quite a comfy dinner.

>apeman finally just leaves his food and walks out after getting a refund

>get to counter
>calmly and politely explain my situation
>clerk just gives the kitchen a dirty look
>grabs a full ass pan of hot shrimp
>fills up two bags with them
>gives them to me and says I'm out of here and leaves
>fuck yeah
>follow him out to parking lot and get his attention
>say I get it man let me buy you a beer or something that was rough in there
>we go down the street and drink beer while we munch on popcorn shrimp

why do people feel the need to be such dicks to people in food service. they're people with lives and family and friends too and they want to be there a whole let less than you do. just give them the benefit of the doubt if mistakes aren't a regular thing at the restaurant.

Yesterday I stopped by the liquor store at 8am (when they open in my state.)

First guy was
>overweight beergut fedex worker
>Drove his company fedex car there
>probably 35 yet looked 50
>In his uniform buying a handle of el cheapo gin.
>saw him sitting in his fedex van drinking straight out the bottle on company time.

>mumbling and dropping change everywhere
>looks like he hasnt eaten in 3-4 days minimum.
