I make seasoned beef patties and chicken patties and bake them until cooked. I bake a pack of (6) sausages. I make a decent vat of rice and I always have some kind of frozen vedgies in the freezer.

Once everything is cooked I freeze it; stack of frozen meat patties (alternating chicken/beef), frozen baked sausages, frozen individual portions of rice.

Then I just divvy myself up a new portion every day (night before) and put it in the fridge. By morning it's still frozen but not solid, and I bring it work with a serving of gravy and usually either some fruit or, in this case, some of my pickled vedge.

Heat in the work microwave and wala! It makes for a big meal and aside from time and energy it's fucking well balanced and costs me about tree fiddy

r8 my meal prep. I'm brand new to this and looking forward to saving money while eating healthier. also made pickles for the first time and they are just wonderful.

>baked 6 sausages, into the freezer
>baked 3 chicken patties, into the freezer
>baked 3 beef patties, into the freezer
>made a pot of rice
>bag of frozen mixed vedge
>little container of gravy
each meals costs me about $7 and it way more food than I can buy for $15 in the shitty cafe at work, which is also terrible quality.
