I met a Reiki practitioner that believed this. As batshit as she was, and she was vegan, she confided that she would eat buffalo all the time. As it was dumb as rocks, lived an open plains life, and then took a bullet to the head not knowing any better. I also met a nutritionist that made a compelling case for cortisol being consumed and entering your system.

Other than that, with the exception of one ridiculously /fit/ and on her game nutrition yoga/surfer chick, EVERY one of the dozens of vegans I've met are sickly anemics.

All of them are spindly, pale, sunken. It is a terrible diet.
