boiled veg, grilled sausage, couscous with a smoky BBQ seasoning

its basically just a stew

-chopped leek, green beans, mushrooms and peas boiled together in a pot
-chicken grilled separately on foreman
-once veg is sufficiently done, strain off bout 3/4 of the water
-add seasonings (I use fajita/taco ones myself) and spices
-add chicken and stir at med-high heat until it starts to thicken
-boil some noodles and add them

you can use the noodle flavouring if you want but you probably won't need it

heres basically the same meal but w/ couscous. a good way to keep the carbs fairly low and stay full

just cooked this up. sort of a stew/slop made of a load of random cheap boiled veg and fajita seasoning, with some grilled sausages and a little cous-cous

cheap as fuck (bout €5) and will make 3-4 meals. happily got through my poorfag days with shit like this
