>she says in monotone, broken English something to the effect of, "fresh cookies are crunchy, stale are soft"
>I end up emailing corporate and get a free meal. Oddly enough I was given a call by someone the next day, maybe the manager, and told in to come in for the same meal I had had, but free. No coupon however.

>I tell her I'm here for my free meal according to management, she's briefly incredulous and makes me the exact same meal of the exact same quality with a scowl on her face
I guess it was worth it.
