if you really want a pretzel-like crust, mix a Tblsp. of baking soda with just enough water to fully dissolve it, them brush it on the crust, then while it's still damp, sprinkle on the pretzel salt,(kosher works well too.)
It's honestly been a couple months since I've made/eaten pizza, so have an old calzone pic
