I used to work at the supermarket closest to my house so I frequently shop there and I steal drinks / candy when i'm in there. Mostly because I know I can get away with it. I know where the cameras are and if anyone is watching them.

Grocery stores understand some stock will go bad/ go missing so they already have it worked out in their inventory and still aren't losing money.
