I assume you're of polish descent? My grandma and great grandma still make those on holidays as well as hunter stew.

I eat them usually once a day. they cost about a buck and are really healthy. Only downside is you might get fishy breathe. It's a really good snack when you're at work and it's energy.

Like Guinness? Get Murphy's nitro cans. They are much cheaper, and just as good. Youngs Chocolate stout is also delicious and is cheaper. Comes in nitro cans as well.
