That's bullshit. You mean to tell me buckwheat and rye flour have a copious amount more contaminants than bleached wheat? What they do have is a lot more nutrients, unless you consider those contaminants.

Again, you're full of shit. No pun. First, I never said anything about writing paper, although for millennia mankind seemed to do just fine with parchment. Secondly, the color of unbleached paper is something similar to pic related. Now if you can't see your shit stains on that, then I don't know what to tell you, stop living off nothing but Soylent.

Not to mention that rubbing chlorine up your asshole two or three times a day can't be the healthiest practice, I would surmise. Especially with much safer bleaching methods available, such as peroxide. But that's for another discussion.
