>make hot chocolates, internally frustrated that I still can't make the soy milk not look curdled looking
>just realised I forgot to check choc mix for animal products
>inc. Skim milk powder
>fess up and politely tell vegans it's got cows milk
>" ok just cappucinos thanks"
>go back and mentally sob over how shitty and unpresentable my soy milk frothing looks, especially since I can't cover it with choc powder now
>hand out to vegans, feel good inside for providing compassionate customer service
>2 mins later FOH chick comes back with coffees and tells me vegans don't believe I used soy milk.

I'll never be a decent person ever again.
