I don't know about royalty but if you don't know about cheeses and you want to try new stuff, Brillat-Savarin is excellent and very mild, very milky. Reblochon is also reasonably mild, although a little stronger. If you want to explore sheep cheese d'Affinois brebis is a good place to start. And if you can get your hands on it, grey owl is easily one of the best goat cheese I've ever had

My personal GOAT. It tastes like vomit and unwashed hair, but in the best possible way.

It's been over a decade on this site, and I never fail to be impressed by the keen eyes of some anons. How the fuck did you notice that? Did you open the full image and zoom in on the cheese?

For me, the GOAT cheese is Brillat-Savarin. It tastes not unlike a healthy person's vomit, or unwashed hair — a perfect balance of salt, cream, and funk. When I'm at Trader Joe's, I often go for Délice de Bourgogne, which is similar enough to pass.

I knew she would wait for me... She's a milky young girl, blackout drunk, with vomit in her hair.

My favorite is pic related, but it's so rich that I only get it on special occasions: birfdays, anniversaries, etc.

For my fellow amerifats, who are yet uninitiated, good and cheep cheese may be had at Trader Joe's:
>Port Salut
>Délice de Bourgogne
>the classic Unexpected Cheddar
>St. Andre
and some other cheeses (goat, gouda, blue) that I'm too sloshed to recall.
