I hate my witch of a mom but tasting anything that's remotely similar to the food she cooked before she showed her true colors makes me feel incredibly sad

>got hooked on coffee 3rd grade
>don't kill myself with caffeine but have a decent amount a day until now
>want to reduce intake because maybe my anxiety would go away
>if I don't have at least two cups worth I'm lethargic and unmotivated
>even after a week of weening off, still couldn't get used just one cup in the morning
>treat myself for a day and have two, feel 5x more productive and actually feel good

what do I even do
