Why can you eat beef blue the fuck rare, have a fairly significant cooking range for pork, but you'll literally die if you eat chicken that's cooked to only 164 degrees?

every person who cooks their ground meat and leaves it pink is a dumbshit who likes eating wet sponges, the only reason full cuts of beef should be kept pink is because it actually has structure from not being minced up, and enjoy your worms too
