Been meaning to make pic related for some time, but have been too lazy to bake bread.

Someone also started a thread about making a shitty pissaladière last week, and it's also been on my to-do list.

I honestly just wish I was living somewhere right now with a decent pizza place that offered a solid anchovy-centric pizza.

So I tried Taco Bell for the first time in probably 15 years today

I kept seeing how I could get a ps4 if I bought a big box, and thought I'd stop in to get one on my way home from a grocery run.

The only things I'd ever really had from there were 7 layer burritos and nacho fries, and that was long ago.

I got a volcano quesorito (a burrito where the hot sauce is already inside and there's an extra layer of cheese). The box also came with two hard shell tacos (one shell was red), and a drink (I tried the baja blast, and threw it out after two sips - apparently it's a troll thing here to say it's good).

I also saw they had $1 ghost chili wrap things, so I tried one just to see how spicy a fast food place was willing to go.

The verdict: the volcano thing was actually better than expected. There was more sour cream and cheese than hot sauce, so it was messy as fuck, but was much better than anticipated. The tacos were just about the worst fast food thing I've ever tried; just completely stupid, impossible to eat in any way that makes sense, and otherwise flavorless. The ghost chili thing was by far the best. It was just their seasoned beef with some red sauce (there might have been cheese) that was actually pretty tasty. It was about as spicy as sriracha, but kind of just tasted like a simple chili wrapped in a tortilla, and was much bigger than expected for a dollar menu item.

All that said, I was expecting to open my big box and find a golden ticket, and guess what they did? They fucking put a code on the front of the box and a number to text it to. Why the fuck do they think everyone owns a cell phone? What happened to buying shit because there might be a prize inside?

In any case, I didn't win my gold ps4, and most likely wont go back.
