the food has definitely gotten less consistent, but i'd still say yes, they're drive-thru service is unmatched

>go to Chick Fila
>see long ass line wrapped around the building
>contemplate going somewhere else instead
>go anyway because chick fila is delicious
>get in line and I see like 3 people with tablets out taking people's orders
>they take my order and pay right there
>takes literally less than 5 minutes to get my food, probably quicker than most other places when they're not busy
How do they do it lads? How can they manage to be so efficient yet other places can't figure out how to deal with rush hour crowds.
