It really is that simple. All you need is a saucepan and a candy thermometer. Cook it on medium (stirring) until the sugar is all dissolved and then boil it (NO STIRRING) until 260F add color and let the boiling mix it in. At 300F take it off the heat and stir in your flavoring once the bubbling stop. Pour is on a lightly greased pan (the foil layer helps it come out easily, plus it helps on cleanup) and cool. Score while it's still hot for easy breaking. Toss in powdered sugar to prevent stocking. Enjoy.
