what's a good salmon dish that you can make in 30 minutes at most? this is only for myself too so no big roasts or whatever

Bros, I was salmonpilled on here yesterday and have been looking for alternatives to buying my salmon from norwegian fishermen via the supermarket, and instead buy some better alternative, but I don't know what I should be looking for? What salmon is it that you buy? How should I replace my norwegian salmon consumption habits and what is the alternative I should look for?

I found salmon from Kalix here in Sweden and I asked this shithole about it a few days ago and you guys said the baltic sea is even worse than Norway, so what is the situation here? And don't tell me to not eat salmon anymore because I'm tired of being told not to eat anything but bugs, beyond burgers and greens like some cow cattle retard

What are some good salmon recipes?

I have always enjoyed salmon raw in the context of sushi, but I have always found cooked salmon to be gross. I’m not much of a picky eater, but I have found it hard to get into cooked salmon specifically. Maybe I just don’t know any good preparations, idk
