I appreciate the concern anon. I’ve actually lost some weight recently and been feeling better psychically. Some days my back still hurts but I feel like it’s not as bad as it used to be. My first plan is to cut out on drinking so much and also cut out soda completely because I almost exclusively drink diet soda and I think the aspartame is fucking up my brain
