Cracks me up with people are horrified at old food.

One of my hobbies is cooking 40's and 50's recipes with all those "foods of the future!!! (Canned, processed mystery meats, etc..) and you'd be surprised how good a lot of them were. Even the jello-based (you usually flavored clear jello with soup so the gelatin flavor will compliment the food).
