I pick up pic related, break down the breasts in half, then vac seal and cook. If you don't want to vac seal, you can use freezer bags you push the air out of.

If you really want to go on the cheap, there is about nothing cheaper than costco's rotisserie chickens. Pick up 4 for $20 then you can:

>Tortillas, cheese, enchilada sauce, boom enchiladas
>Make soup
>Throw some in pasta
>Throw some in fried rice
>Just eat it
