>No industrialized country has the gun violence problem we have

Old statistics but...
>Powerful remarks, and no doubt heartfelt. But a study of global mass-shooting incidents from 2009 to 2015 by the Crime Prevention Research Center, headed by economist John Lott, shows the U.S. doesn't lead the world in mass shootings. In fact, it doesn't even make the top 10, when measured by death rate per million population from mass public shootings.
>"But the U.S. has a population four times greater than Germany's and five times the U.K.'s, so on a per-capita basis the U.S. ranks low in comparison — actually, those two countries would have had a frequency of attacks 1.96 (Germany) and 2.46 (UK) times higher."
>Yes, the U.S. rate is still high, and nothing to be proud of. But it's not the highest in the developed world. Not by a long shot.

Now let's look at overall gun crime rates, trying to keep in mind the real problem is the fact that the real problem is that some areas are ignored slums and these fuckers would kill each other with knives, clubs, and bombs without guns.
>no industrial country has this problem
Yeah except most of South America. Brazil, Columbia, El Salvador, Honduras, and Venezuela make our issues look like nothing. Again the issue is poverty, crime, and drugs. Not the available of technology that's been around for so long some people can make the weapons in their fucking garage with 300 dollars of hand tools from from Arbor Freight. Trying to ban centuries old weaponry to control crime instead of changing culture is damned stupid.

Now let's make this /ck/ related. I really regret not buying this vodka when I had the chance. I know it's a gimmick but the tommy gun and AK vodka's that sell for around 100-200 USD are neat as fuck!
