What country is most trustworthy for heavy duty buy it for life kitchen utensils? Pasta rollers, whisks, silverware, rolling pins, I want to upgrade but I don't want to overpay for cheap Amazon shit.

What's the perfect duration for hot coffee enjoyment? I feel like once it's slightly below the point where it doesn't burn my gums anymore, it's perfect. But then you got only like 10 minutes until it reaches room temperature and becomes yucky.
So, I like to wait for my coffee to cool off a little and then pretty much chug it. What's your secret/habit?
