I just like to understand food, anon. There's a lot of stuff you won't like on your first try that you'd actually like in the end if you gave it further attempts. It's very literally just how broadening your palate works. I'm shocked that people on /ck/ would earnestly push back against this idea. Maybe you guys just aren't old enough to get it, I dunno.
