I don't know if it's most delicious but I like to fry up onion, garlic and pepper and then add vegetable broth, cook the broccoli in it and puree it with a hand blender (add some sort of starch if you want it thicc) and eat it with bread.

Simple and tasty and you eat a pound of broccoli in a sitting like it's nothing, so very healthy as well.
