I'm just saying it doesn't matter what the right weight of coffee is so long as you know what the right amount looks like. So you can either dial in a new bean by trying to figure out the perfect weight, then tie yourself to always measuring for that weight. Or, by just figuring out what the right amount looks like and then making sure you have an amount that looks right.
