A pie I made cos I had too much bacon and had to use it up.
Bacon and mushroom, I made a thick bechamel with a little cheese and lots of Parsley as gravy.
Shortcrust pastry base and flakey top (storebought).
I used little springforms 12cm x 5cm. So it was a big pie I couldn't even finish lol Picrelated I gave up
