Are buffalo wings hard/expensive to cook? I bought myself a big ass 1gallon of Franks' Red Hot buffalo sauce and now I don't want it, but it was kinda expensive (rare where I live) and I don't want to throw it away.

First of all, I'm learning how to cook. I just cooked some buffalo chicken with rice and I'm surprised that I cooked something that tasted good.

Now, I just moved from parents house, I bought a fuckton of food, and mistakenly bought a fuckton of beef shin (picture related) and I have no idea how to cook it.

Can I just cut it into small-medium sized pieces, put it in a sauce pan with other ingredients, seal it with its lid and wait 10-20 minutes for it to heat on low temp?

What's the difference between drinking beer in a glass and out of a bottle?

I drink my wheat beer out of the bottle (Erdinger, Paulander).

The only "different" beers that I've tasted are Erdinger (dunkel, pikantus, weissber) Paulander (Dunkel) and Honey Dew Golden Ale. What else do you recommend? So far I've liked sweet shit like the Erdinger Dunkel or the Honey Dew.
