The picture is taken from google (the place is a chain called Spontini in Italy and there are place in Japan too) but it’s the same as every other pizza in teglia you can get here in Milano.

The former pizzeria under my house used to make a whole teglia for 20€ it was fucking good...then the owner did the sensible thing and ran away from this shithole filled with chinks and immigrants from all over the world.

If you’re not familiar with pizza in teglia you need to know what it’s cooked in an fire oven with generous amount of oil under the pizza and around it so the crust came out crunchy and the outer layers of mozzarella solidify.

To me it’s the best pizza you can have IF made well
