Does fast food have different connotations across the world? As a silly American when I think "fast food" only thing that pops to mind are your McD, Arby, etc. Does this applies everywhere or are your regional fast food equivalents different?

Okay /ck/, make your perfect fast food meal consisting of menu items from any fast food place. As in, something you'd LOVE to have if not for the fact that you'd have to go to 3/4 different places.
