I'm looking for some recipes for some softer foods that taste good. My boyfriend is in the hospital and currently can only eat pureed/soft foods. He's not a big fan of mashed potatoes and the hospital food is pretty flavorless and bland, so I wanted to bring him in lunches and dinners. (They fucking puree spaghetti for him..)

I'm pretty decent in the kitchen, but I normally don't cook soft foods other than mashed whatever. Looking for some interesting recipes. Lunch, dinner, deserts are fine.

This is something Ive never been able to work out. It should be simple but just isnt.
