heres how i like to eat sardines

>drain can, cook in pan with 125g onion
>garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, pepper paste
>150g cauliflower and 100g broccoli both riced

>add in soy sauce and sambal towards the end

i like the mediterranean style with rice, soy sauce and sambal

but goddamn they are expensive, whats a similar style of sardines as king oscar but cheaper brand? the brunswick ones are like 1.50 but im suspicious
