i have been seeing 4 different doctors over that garbage. Not one with their wizardry could help me not even temporary relief. Tried some wine once ontop of my stomach problems one day. it actually worked. One shot (JDAM) Maybe 2 Shots (Nuke) and the stomach issue just dissapears AND you arent drunk so you can just whip that method out in your daily life if you need to
