A lovely man but my God he eats some crap. Ramen with tinned soup and then crackers added to it? Tom Willett is at least 80 years old and still going strong.

He loves to cook his biscuits until they are burnt on the bottom. He adds flour to his grilled cheese sandwiches each time he flips them to build up a blackened crust. He is obsessed with frozen ready meals. He lives on processed junk food and eats a minimal amount of vegetables which seem to amount to a couple of cabbage leaves, some carrot and orange juice. Plus a banana.

He is a mystery to me.

But in general how do some old people eat whatever the fuck they want and still live into a good old age?
