How ya holdin up

I feel the end is near bros. Been binge drinking on average 3 times per week for the last 10 years with some periods of taking opioids containing acetaminophen while not changing my drinking habits, the worst possible thing you can do to your liver. Lately I just haven't been feeling myself. I never used to get hung over or anything from alcohol, but now every morning after a night of drinking I wake up with a soreness in my upper right abdomen.

Is there any supplement or food I can eat while abstaining from alcohol to reverse the damage or do you think my liver is permanently damaged? Should I go to the doctor? What do I tell the doctor, that I'm an alcoholic? They are going to look at me with disgust.

Why do you hate alcoholics? Give me one reason you care how others spend their time.

So /ck/ in about two day I will be on vacnantion.
The last two time when I was on vacation I nearly died because of alcohol.I trew up in my sleep and I think that now I will die because you third time is the charm. So please share you alcoholic stories before I go .

I stopped drinking since December of 2019 I don't think I'll touch it again
I feel much healthier since, don't miss it, I stopped craving it.
