The way he rubs oil/seasonings on his pan/steak looks so autistic. The way he only tries to use his fingers to spread the oil around looks so weird, like some child trying to not get his palms icky or something. His hands are also weird.
His lighting, I think, is also harsh as and makes said autistic oil spreading look even more disgusting.
Also, I don't like the whole "Le Macon man" bullshit. No one needs to know about your flyover hometown, and I'm from GA.
Overall, quality videos, though he tends to meander a bit and give history lectures when not needed.
