It works the same as any job you big dumb, if it's bad service, patrons complain and give bad reviews and the employee gets fired.

ive only seen this once but it was a genius idea. the outdoor "stall" was missing 2 walls, so you would use your car and your open car door as the walls. you knew a stall was occupied because there was a car in front of it.
only downside was that there wasnt any faucets to wash your hands with. the cashier window had a quarter operated moist towelette dispenser. i had to ask them for spare change so i could clean my hands which really defeats the purpose, why couldnt i have paid them directly for moist towelettes? im sure people would want to buy them even if they didnt use the drive thru toilet. like if they were eating something messy and wanted to clean up afterwards
