I'm in my early 30's and could probably count on one hand the number of times I've eaten a meal before 11 AM.

You can have fast food too if you don't mind a little waste. Whenever there's a deal on Whoppers like a buy one get one, I get two with extra lettuce and tomato, no catsup. Ditch the buns, cut up the beef and there's a pretty decent salad for ya.
