Overfried the first one but not to the point where it wasn't delicious. I'll go a little lighter on the other one tomorrow if I can. This hob really only has two settings; slightly colder than room temp and slightly warmer than the surface of the sun.
The vegetable mix was nice, though. Has some crunch to it still.
