Dill is great on a lot of things, especially during summer it adds freshness to things. It's also good for decorating stuff especially when combined with other greens.
Few days ago I had a herb baked chicken with melted cheese, white sauce and dill and it was incredibly fresh thanks to the combo of yoghurt based sauce and dill. Also my favourite escargot in my town are served decorated with twigs of parsley and dill. Fuckin beautiful.
