>Me and my family normally never go, we go to the one my mom's side has, but there's a family member who's coming into town for the redneck thanksgiving and we want to see them

>None of them planned before hand on who should bring what
>Three different people bring turkey
>One on the turkeys was cooked earlier in the day and was left sitting on the counter for the whole rest of the day and is cold
>They put it back in the oven to heat it up and it gets dry as shit and is still cold inside
>Another turkey is deep friend and has a weird taste to it
>The third turkey was pumped with some cheap packaged butter mix thing you can get at Walmart and it was nasty as shit
>Side dished are all casseroles mixed with canned shit and processes cheese
>Green beans, cranberries, everything was fucking canned
>All the fucking pies were store bought
>They didn't even buy them from a bakery, they got it from Costco or some shit
>Everyone likes my pie and it gets eaten before I can have a piece

I ate their food to be polite, but fucking hell. It was the first time I've ever left Thanksgiving hungry.
