I understand how you feel anon, I've done this before and I felt like my world was coming to an end.
Take a deep breath, sit down if you have to and try to calm down. Once the worst of it passes, clean off your tears and go back and explain what happened and maybe they'll give you a replacement. It helps if you bring the hamburger, I know it might be hard to touch it given the recent trauma, but it helps everyone involved if you're able to have it on hand as evidence, failing that you could take a photo using your nearest smart iphone device.
