Yeah rotini's easy. I like it well enough. Another posta that I prefer with pesto that's been loosened with half a ladle of posta water

basically yes, but you also store it in the olivölle so it stays tendre and delicious. most people only cook it to medium rare as well. chef john has a great tute on how to do it and maaan it looks so good.

only problem with store-bought tuna is it's way way way overcooked because it's all pasteurized. I still like it and all but I gotta try making this stuff at home.

and yes, pouch is better but my favourite is the tin of tuna slices packed in olivölle. you can use the tuna-ey oil to saute your onions and garlic or toss your pasta in it for example.

whelp, it's the next day and it seems as though you cannot purchase cand spinach in my country BUT I did get a block of frozen chopped spinach for $1 which is amazing.

I made a garlicky cheezy bechamel with spinach and it's amazing. goes nicely with some slices of finely oiled tuna.

this whole dish cost maybe $4 and I have a sosspin of the cheezy spinach sauce to divvy up in the freezer.

would have been fun to experiment with the canned shit but at least I was inspired to make a nice meal
